Tuesday 30th Nov 2010

The Southerly wind has continued to pick up the swell with it around the 3-4ft mark from the SSE. But the strong SSE wind has also made it quite messy, there could be the odd waves in those protected Southern corners but it is blowing pretty hard. The weather is not looking too good either with a few showers predicted today and throughout the week.

Monday 29th Nov 2010

Well the wind has finally changed direction with a Southerly coming through last night, currently it is blowing from the SSE and it is making conditions quite ugly. The S wind is hitting the leftover 1-2ft NE swell that has been around for a week, so the waves are about 1-2ft from the ESE but very messy. Not much happening today and could be a good rest day.

Sunday 28th Nov 2010

Slight increase in the swell that has hung around from yesterdays strong winds, it is still about 2 ft with the odd 2 1/2-3ft sets and the swell is still out of the NE. The wind is up early this morning and is already out of the N but it is still relatively clean. Still some good running lefts with the odd right but they are still lacking a little power.

Saturday 27th Nov 2010

Yep the trend continues with a small 2ft ENE dribble y swell coming through this morning. The waves are quite bunched due to a short period wind swell. The wind is quite calm this morning out of the NW. A bit of sea mist around this morning but as the sun shines through it should sort itself out. Another nice day so still worth getting wet.

Friday 26th Nov 2010

Groundhog day continues with a 2ft NE swell continuing to come through. Another gorgeous day with a really light NW wind. Like the last few days expect the wind to turn more to the NE throughout the day and with this continued NE swells the water temp has dropped a little but with this warm weather still worth getting in.

Thursday 25th Nov 2010

The howling NE's have kept a little bit of swell around with it still about 2ft with the odd 3ft sets and obviously out of the NE. The trend from the last few days seems to be continuing with the wind currently out of the NW but expect to swing to the NE throughout the day. It looks a little dribble y at the moment but again such a nice day it is worth getting wet.

Wednesday 24th Nov 2010

There has been a slight increase in the swell but before you get too excited it is still mainly around 2ft with the odd 3ft sets. The swell is out of the ENE with the wind already up a bit out of the NW, but as the last few days expect this to swing more to the NE later in the day. Looks like some pretty fun running lefts and the odd right so worth a paddle especially in this warm weather we have been enjoying.

Tuesday 23rd Nov 2010

Pretty similar conditions to yesterday with the waves around 1-2ft out of the ENE. The wind is pretty light out of the NW and expect it to swing more to the N throughout the day. Another warm day so probably worth getting wet just don't expect to much push in the waves.

Monday 22nd Nov 2010

Swell has dropped again and is about 1-2ft out of the E. Again it is looking quite dribble y. The wind is really light out of the WNW. A bit overcast today but it is still quite mild temps. Fish, longboard or sup's are the best bets today.

Sunday 21st Nov 2010

o

Swell has dropped a little and is about 2ft, it has also straightened some more to be out of the E. The waves are lacking push this morning and looks like you have to work hard to not only catch the waves but surf them also. The wind is making it pretty clean with it light out of the W. Another nice day with the temp quite warm already, this is the main factor making it worth a paddle this morning.

Saturday, November 20, 2010

Saturday 2oth Nov 2010

Swell has tried to straighten a little bit and currently out of the ESE at about 3ft. The wind is already up a little and is out of the SSW but seems to be swinging more to the South already. The waves seem to have a little bit of morning sickness but this could be just due to the wind. A couple of surfable waves but best to hit it now. Good to see the sun back. Good luck to all the teams competing at Kings Of The Coast today at foresters Beach!

Friday 19th Nov 2010

Howling Southerly came flying through this morning making it very UGLY. The swell is around the 3-4ft mark out of the SSE but expect this to pick up a throughout the day with this strong SSE wind. Nowhere to hide from this wind today. Good rest day.

18th Nov 2010

Ultra clean this morning with a really light W wind. The swell is still around the 2-3ft mark from the SE. Some nice little peaks this morning however the waves are looking a little full. Overcast again this morning but quite mild temp.

Wednesday, November 17, 2010

Wednesday 17th Nov 2010

ESE wind is up pretty early this morning making the waves a bit messy and crumbly. The swell is still around the 3ft mark and the weather is still pretty overcast with a chance of a shower, but hopefully the sun may pop itself out in the day like yesterday. Only for the keen and desperate this morning.

Tuesday, November 16, 2010

Tuesday 16th Nov 2010

Little bit of swell hanging around at about 2-3ft from the SE, the Southerly wind has swung the swell so it is looking a little bumpy. The wind is currently out of the SSW, but expect to swing more to the south during the day. Surprisingly there are still a couple of ok waves coming through but the wind and rain is not very motivating.

Monday 15th Nov 2010

This NE swell just won't go away, it is still about 3ft this morning with the waves looking a little bunched but still some nice ones coming through. The wind is really calm out of the WNW. Still some good running lefts coming through and a few fun rights. Bit of sea mist around this morning so a little hard to see.

Sunday, November 14, 2010

Sunday 14th Nov 2010

The NE Swell still hanging in there around the 2-3ft mark. The wind is up a little and is already out of the N so it has a little chop and bump through the waves. Another beautiful day so take advantage of this great weather.
